New Sensor Calibration – World Class Traceable System now at Mechanalysis
MIL took delivery of a state of the art Beran 485 TransCal system that drives the sensor shaker table via a power amplifier. Using closed loop control with the reference device (traceable to National Standards); exact levels of vibration are maintained. All measurements are relative to the generator frequency. Amplitude & phase are automatically measured for each test frequency. Ten pass/fail bands are available for the user to program, based upon frequency or amplitude of test. The user can apply the bands to real time displays and also calibration certificates. MIL will be offering an All India sensor calibration service irrespective of the manufacturer.
In addition two new environmentally controlled sensor assembly and calibration rooms have been constructed as a further step towards providing World Class Quality Services. |
