The Mechanalysis model MIL306DD portable digital auto-ranging vibration meter is suitable for most industrial
applications with a clear large LCD display. Operatives find it very easy to use by simply selecting either
Displacement (microns) or Velocity (mm/sec) from a central tactile button. The auto-ranging display then
automatically changes to the appropriate measurement unit. A convenient machinery vibration severity
assessment guide is printed on the front panel. The MIL306DD evolved from 40 years of proven signal
processing providing a wide dynamic range and long battery life. Supplied with the MIL544 inductive velocity
sensor, it can also be used for balancing machine rotors applying the ‘Three Point Balancing Method’.
